Our story
Ai True Value was founded in Gatineau, Quebec, by a group of technologists who had spent years watching organisations invest heavily in AI initiatives that never made it past the pilot stage. Too many projects were driven by hype rather than purpose, built by teams that understood algorithms but not business operations.
We set out to do things differently. From day one, our approach has been rooted in pragmatism: understand the problem deeply before proposing a solution, start small and prove value fast, then scale with confidence. That philosophy has guided us through more than 150 successful engagements across twelve industries and earned us a client retention rate above 90%.

2018 — Founded in Gatineau
Nadia Belkacem and Étienne Morel launch Ai True Value with a three-person team and a clear mission: deliver AI software that produces real business value, not just impressive prototypes. The first client is a regional healthcare provider seeking to automate patient triage documentation.
2019 — First enterprise contract
We sign our first large-scale engagement with a national logistics company, building a route-optimisation engine that saves them over a million dollars annually. The project validates our approach and attracts attention from other industries.
2020 — Team grows to 15
Demand accelerates as organisations across Canada recognise the need for AI-driven efficiency. We expand our data science, engineering, and client-success teams and move into a larger office space in Gatineau.
